Job Description / Responsibility
- We are a growing garments manufacturing factory in Bangladesh, specialized in T-Shirt and Cap production. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Marketing Expert who can bring subcontract garment orders from local factories, buying houses and other sources.
- Job Responsibilities:
- International buyer sourcing experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Conduct marketing activities with buying houses to increase production orders.
- Prepare weekly sales and market analysis reports.
- Conduct buyer visits when required to develop and expand business opportunities.
- Perform cost calculations and follow up with buyers regarding pricing, samples, and production capacity booking.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Administration.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good network with local garments factories and buying houses
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and hardworking
- Ability to travel frequently within Bangladesh
- Strong experience in local buyer sourcing. Collect subcontract work orders from local garments factories, buying houses and related sources.
- Must have an independent buyer network and ability to generate garments order without company-provided leads.
- Capable of independently sourcing buyers and developing new clients.
- Ability to secure subcontract work to maximize factory production capacity.
- Capable of handling merchandising and marketing processes independently, including sourcing, price quoting, negotiation, order collection, shipment coordination, and follow-up.
- Strong ability to close sales and generate revenue.
- Target-oriented and market-driven mindset.
