Job Description / Responsibility

Trend Analysis: Research current fashion trends, fabric innovations, and consumer preferences to inspire new collections.
Concept Development: Create cohesive mood boards, color stories, and initial sketches (hand-drawn or digital).
Technical Design: Produce detailed technical flat sketches and comprehensive tech packs to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Material Sourcing: Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with price points and aesthetic goals.
Fittings & Iteration: Oversee garment fittings, collaborate with pattern makers, and provide clear feedback for adjustments to achieve the perfect fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure designs meet seasonal timelines and brand standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

4 to 7 years
