Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Mithela Group is seeking a highly professional and self-driven Chief Executive Officer (Marketing) to lead its corporate marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic vision, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of global market dynamics.
The CEO (Marketing) will play a critical role in formulating and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and maintaining long-term relationships with international buyers to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned.
Strengthen brand identity and market positioning through participation in international trade fairs and direct buyer engagement.
Establish and maintain effective communication with global buyers to identify business opportunities.
Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity through accurate business projections.
Collaborate with the management team to evaluate market trends and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Supervise and guide CMOs and Managers in executing marketing plans and achieving business targets.
Build partnerships with corporate clients to expand market reach.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional professional expertise.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar leadership position within a reputed textile organization.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
