Job Description / Responsibility
  • Lead and manage overall garment washing operations.
  • Ensure shade consistency, product quality, and on-time production delivery.
  • Monitor washing processes including chemical application and process control.
  • Optimize production efficiency and reduce operational cost.
  • Maintain compliance with buyer requirements and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, QA, and Technical teams.
  • Supervise and develop washing technical team performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Chemistry / Relevant discipline (preferred).
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory
