Job Description / Responsibility

Handle end-to-end merchandising for Woven garments (Trouser, Pant & Shirt items)
Costing preparation & execution for woven pant and shirt orders
Buyer communication regarding price, sample, approval & delivery
Product development, sample follow-up and approval coordination
Fabric, trims & accessories booking and follow-up
Production planning, time & action calendar follow-up
Execution of orders from order confirmation to final shipment
Coordination with production, quality, sourcing & commercial departments
Ensure on-time shipment with required quality standards
Maintain accurate merchandising documentation & reports

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of woven fabric, trims, costing & production processExcellent communication skills in English & BanglaGood command of MS Excel, Word & email communicationAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHonest, proactive and team-oriented mindset
