Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Female Quality Assurance (QA) professional for our garment manufacturing operations based in Dhaka. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end quality management from development stage to final shipment.
• Take full responsibility for factory quality assurance activities
• Handle multi-product categories for men’s and women’s wear, including:
• Soft woven tops & dresses
• Denim
• Flat knit & Circular Knit
• Sweater
• Outerwear
Strong technical knowledge of garments quality
• Good understanding of washing and printing techniques
• IT-friendly and experienced in Buyer ERP systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills and be able to talk to senior management in the factory
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Textile Engineering
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Master of Arts (MA)
Garments

Experience Requirements

10 to 20 years
