Job Description / Responsibility
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and lead time
  • Implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Conduct time & motion studies; set standard times and production targets
  • Plan production capacity and ensure balanced line scheduling
  • Design and improve factory layouts and workflows
  • Monitor KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, scrap rate)
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide training

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
  • Must have: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements
  • Data-driven leadership mindset
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Garments, Textile, and Washing Factory operations.
  • Proficient in process optimization tools and data-driven decision-making.
