Job Description / Responsibility
- About the Role:
- This role is essential for facilitating communication among patients, attendants & hospital services & hospital services. The candidate will handle calls, offer accurate information, coordinate appointments, and uphold high patient experience standards in accordance with hospital service excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and professionally handle high volumes of inbound calls from patients, attendants, and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, departments, and procedures.
- Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation through the hospital management system.
- Guide callers to appropriate departments and ensure proper call routing when necessary.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach in all communications.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service reminders.
- Maintain proper call logs, reports, and documentation in the CRM/hospital information.
- Coordinate with the front desk, nursing stations, and clinical departments for accurate information flow.
