Job Description / Responsibility
  • Install, configure and update macOS (MacBook, iMac, iPad, iPhone)
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Support collaboration and communication platforms across departments
  • Lead and oversee the Group’s IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Plan, implement, manage, upgrade, customization, data accuracy, reporting, and optimize SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP) across multiple business units
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Lead, mentor, develop and evaluate IT staff; set KPIs and build a high-performing IT team.
  • Edit and produce professional designs for social media post and videos for promotional, advertising, and training sessions.
  • Develop, update, maintain, and regularly manage the Company website and related web content

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from North South University (NSU) / BRAC University/ American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) / Independent University Bangladesh (IUB)
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Networking, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Software, Web Media/Blog
  • ERP/CRM/Business Application projects in Laravel Good at Vue JS/REACT Analyze, design and develop dynamic Web Application based on project documents.
  • Skills & Expertise
  • Microsoft 365 Email Hosting Skill, Digital Marketing (Social Medial Marketing), 3D Modelling and 3D Printing, macOS & Apps (MacBook, iMac, iPad, iPhone), ERP & Web Hosting & Design
  • Hardware and Software knowledge: 3D Modelling and 3D Printing including 3D modeling platforms such as Solid works, 3D CAD,
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows OS troubleshooting and recovery.
