Job Description / Responsibility

Typical Job Responsibilities (RMG Sector, Bangladesh)
Order Coordination Communicate with buyers to understand product requirements, specifications, and delivery schedules. Confirm order details and ensure all internal teams are updated.
Production Planning & Follow-Up Prepare and share production plans with internal teams (cutting, sewing, finishing). Monitor production progress and ensure timelines are met. Identify delays early and work with production teams to solve issues.
Material & Sample Management Coordinate development of fabric and trims samples. Ensure timely approval of all sample stages. Segment and track raw material requirements to avoid shortages.
Costing & Pricing Prepare costing sheets based on buyer specifications and factory rates. Suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Documentation & Compliance Prepare and manage all documentation for production and shipment (LC, PI, PO, shipping docs). Ensure compliance with buyer and regulatory requirements.
Supplier & Buyer Communication Communicate regularly with buyers to provide updates and clarify issues. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Shipment & Logistics Coordination Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment of orders. Track shipping schedules and resolve shipment issues.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in BSC In Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Priority will be given BGMEA University of Fashion Technology Merchandising course.
