Job Description / Responsibility
- An entry-level invoice and receivable position at a shipping company focuses on the accurate, timely billing of ocean freight services and monitoring receivables from shipping lines.
- Typical responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and Billing
- Accounts Receivable Monitoring
- Administrative and Operations Support
- Assisting in month end closing
- Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
- Jahangirnagar University,University of Dhaka,United International University,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Logistics Startup, Shipping, Supply Chain
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Software Proficiency:
- Trained with ERP systems and intermediate level MS Excel skills.
- Industry Knowledge:
