Job Description / Responsibility
  • Handle import & export documentation (LC, PI, CI, BL, Invoice, Packing List)
  • Open and monitor L/C with bank
  • Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and banks
  • Prepare and submit shipping documents
  • Follow up customs clearance process
  • Maintain commercial files and records
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and C&F agents
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations
  • Monitor shipment schedule and delivery status
  • Support accounts department regarding payment and banking issues

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements
