Job Description / Responsibility

SEO
Assist in executing on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search visibility
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search trend analysis
Optimize website content including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
Support technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, indexing checks, page speed and performance analysis
Monitor, analyse and report website performance using SEO and analytics tools
Assist in optimizing blogs, landing pages and campaign content for search engines
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Social Media
Support day-to-day social media management across all platforms.
Assist in writing engaging captions, hashtags and post descriptions aligned with SEO goals
Optimize social media profiles for better search visibility and discoverability
Monitor comments, messages and engagement to maintain social activeness
Track social media performance and prepare basic weekly and monthly reports
Coordinate with graphics and video teams to publish SEO-friendly and high-performing content

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
IBA, Dhaka University,North South University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Analytics (Google, Bing, Baidu, Yandex), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Cloudflare or similar platforms
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is an advantage
Content writing or content optimization experience
Understanding of local SEO and mobile SEO concepts
Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills
