Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Diploma in Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
- Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, KUET, or RUET, with IEB membership.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed government Polytechnique college.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry for the Deputy Project Engineer (DPE) position.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry for the Assistant Project Engineer (APE) position.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including BNBC, ACI and ASTM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
