Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensuring outstanding service to the clients by changing working drawings as per their requirements as additional work.
- Co-ordination with the Architect, Structural Engineer and Procurement Department to convey the observations or comments of the clients on the products.
- Solution of any obligation of the clients regarding technical, construction, modification and optional works.
- Creating satisfied clients eliminating unfavorable views towards the company.
- Smoothly handling During the Critical Situation.
- Maintain long term relationship by providing after handover services to our valued clients & create references.
- Collect the statement of optional modification work from valued clients to satisfy their requirement.
- Preparation of Budget & Estimate for additional work.
- Supervision and Quality Control of Modification work at Finishing Stages.
- Handover of apartments and related documents to the clients and landowners.
- Handover the complex & project related documents to the common management Association.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Developer, Group of Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years
- Candidates with prior customer relationship experience in the real estate sector will be given preference.
