Job Description / Responsibility
  • Trident Furniture is a furniture manufacturing and interior solutions company working on residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect who has strong knowledge of furniture design, space planning, production drawings, and project costing. Candidates who understand furniture materials, fittings, factory production process, and cost control will get higher priority.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with the design and production team and will report directly to the Director.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare architectural and furniture layout designs.
  • Handle projects from concept design to final construction drawings.
  • Prepare detailed furniture production drawings.
  • Coordinate with factory and production team to ensure design is practical and cost-effective.
  • Prepare BOQ, material estimation, and assist in project costing.
  • Visit project sites to check proper implementation of design.
  • Solve design-related issues with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
  • Present design concepts to clients when required.
  • Ensure designs follow BNBC and local building regulations.
  • Maintain strong design quality while controlling project cost.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Furniture Manufacturer, Architecture Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
