Job Description / Responsibility

Edit, proofread, and improve content for grammar, style, and clarity
Ensure consistency and accuracy in articles, adhering to editorial standards
Collaborate with reporters to ensure timely publication and high-quality content
Work with senior editorial staff on breaking news stories and features

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Film Production, Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Radio

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Requirements:
At least 2/3 year of sub-editing experience desired
Strong command over English/Bangla
Good knowledge of current affairs
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong translation skills (Bangla–English and/or English–Bangla).
Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong command of Bangla and English spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Ability to verify information and maintain accuracy before publishing.
