Job Description / Responsibility

Biswas Developer & Construction Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction project execution and site administration. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with strong leadership capability; retired Major from the Bangladesh Army will be given preference due to proven expertise in leadership`s discipline, logistics management, and operational control.
The role requires ensuring project quality, maintaining strict safety standards, supervising manpower, and delivering projects on time within budget.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise overall construction project activities
Ensure timely execution of work according to design and specifications
Maintain discipline, safety, and security at project sites
Supervise site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and workforce
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards & regulations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and company management
Control material usage and prevent wastage, theft, or misuse
Implement safety procedures and risk management protocols
Resolve site issues and handle emergencies efficiently
Verify measurements, bills, and contractor work progress
Maintain proper documentation and site records

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
