Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely technical support via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat.
- Diagnose, handle, and resolve customer complaints related to PCB circuit issues.
- Perform soldering and repair work on networking devices such as STB (Set-Top Box), ONU, OLT, EDFA, and related equipment.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate relevant information to resolve technical inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate support logs, records, and required documentation.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Record details of customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical
- Diploma in Electronics
- Diploma in Power
- PCB Soldering (CIS, SMD)
- Professional Training Certification (Preferred):
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
