Job Description / Responsibility

- Position: AGM/DGM – Factory Head (Food & Beverage)
- Employment Status: Full-time
- Job Location: Factory premises (as per company requirement)
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee entire factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and related departments.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules, optimizing manpower, materials, machinery, and cost.
- Lead engineering and maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Ensure local & international food safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams for production planning and raw material management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficiency initiatives, and reduce waste.
- Maintain strong workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team of managers and supervisors.
- Maintain close monitoring of factory KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Drive projects related to factory modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Build a culture of discipline, innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical/EEE
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
- Candidates with additional training in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Excellence will get added preference.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Restaurant, Retail Store, Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate, Food (Packaged)
