Job Description / Responsibility

Achieving Visit targets is key responsibility.
Visit factories and industrial clients to promote company boilers and services
Generate new leads and maintain client relationships
Conduct site visits and collect project requirements
Coordinate with sales and technical team
Follow up with potential clients and support closing deals
Prepare daily visit reports

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma / Bachelor’s Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in sales and servicing of industrial machinery (Fresher’s with strong technical skills may apply).
Additional Requirements:
Must have understanding of boilers and industrial machinery.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and visit client locations.
Ability to work in field-based environment.
Motorcycle driving skill preferred.

Salary Range

Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)

Other Benefits

Higher commissions will be negotiable based on performance. Mobile bill, Thank you bonuses. Yearly salary review based on performance Festival bonuses. Travel allowances for field visits.
