Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assist in site supervision and monitor daily construction activities (foundation to finishing).
  • Review and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before execution.
  • Support in preparing work schedules and material requirements.
  • Ensure work progress follows design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
  • Report daily work progress, manpower, and material usage to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
  • Assist in resolving on-site technical or coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Maintain proper documentation, measurement records, and site reports.
  • Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure proper storage at site.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 45 years
