Job Description / Responsibility

Besthome Properties Limited, a fast growing leading real estate and development company, is looking for a young, energetic Site Engineer (Civil) to assist in construction project activities. The candidate will support the project team in site supervision, quality control, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and standard project completion. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the real estate development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in site supervision and monitor daily construction activities (foundation to finishing).
Review and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before execution.
Support in preparing work schedules and material requirements.
Ensure work progress follows design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
Report daily work progress, manpower, and material usage to the Project Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in resolving on-site technical or coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Maintain proper documentation, measurement records, and site reports.
Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure proper storage at site.
Follow company policies, safety rules, and instructions from the project management team.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
