Job Description / Responsibility
  • Planning & Design Implementation
  • Project Supervision & Management
  • Oversee Construction
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and manage labor, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Schedule Management & Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.
  • Budget Control & Manage resources and costs to stay within budget.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance
  • Quality Control, inspect work, conduct tests, and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Safety Compliance, Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Stakeholder Liaison & Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and technical documentation.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
