Job Description / Responsibility

Architectural Design & Drafting
Prepare architectural conceptual layouts, plans, elevations, and sections based on project requirements
Develop detailed working drawings, including coordination with structural, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts
Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with architectural standards and design guidelines.
3D Modeling & Visualization
Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from 2D drawings
Produce high-quality photorealistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, and lighting
Prepare 3D animations and walkthrough videos for client presentations
Optimize scenes for efficient and smooth rendering
Manage render passes and perform basic post-production using Photoshop or similar software.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Diploma in Architecture
Diploma in Architecture / Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
Diploma / B.Sc in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related discipline.
Professional training on AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, D5, Twinmotion, Revit etc. will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Job Requirements

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion, Revit, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, lighting, and MEP layouts.
Ability to prepare accurate drawings and high-quality visual outputs.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Ability to interact professionally with clients and present design ideas clearly.
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant working experience.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have a strong portfolio
Practical experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization will be preferred.
