Job Description / Responsibility
  • Cash & Bank Management:
  • Prepare and arrange cash and bank payments to suppliers.
  • Ensure timely collection of AIT certificates from the bank after monthly processing.
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Record daily bank receipt vouchers accurately.
  • Make journal entries in the SEGE 300 system & Microsoft Dynamics AX 12.
  • Verify supplier bills and invoices for correctness and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare various financial reports as advised by senior management.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances with General Ledger (GL).
  • Tax & Statutory Compliance:
  • Calculate VDS (Value Deduction at Source) and TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) from supplier bills.
  • Support statutory and internal audits by providing schedules, explanations, and required documentation.
  • General Support:
  • Assist senior finance executives with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bank transactions, and statutory compliance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
