Job Description / Responsibility
- To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like SEDEX, WRAP, Wal-Mart, Accord & Alliance, C-TPAT,GSV along with other ethical/ environmental/technical/building, electrical & fire safety/supply chain security (SCS)/FCA etc.
- To up date company policies, prepare work place, code of conduct formulate workers handbooks, training policy, training development.
- To organize separate training program for the factory staff/ workers regarding compliance issue.
- To develop the Physical and mental capacity of workers, so that they can fulfill the highest standard of production.
- To ensure the health, safety & better working condition in all work places.
- To aware the workers regarding labor law, ILO, ISO, COC, Human Rights & Company Policy.
- To ensure leave & rest facilities, salary, OT allowances & compensation to all the workers & staff within the stipulated time.
- To maintain & properly monitor grievance & disciplinary procedure among the workers & staffs.
- To implement the buyers COC/instructions, factory acts & compliance in all the sections.
- To submit pre-audit Questionnaire, CAP to the buyers within the stipulated time.
- To pre-evaluate the factory before buyers evaluation & make ready the factory as per buyer desire.
- To conduct constant & regular visit to all the sections in search of new points of compliance & put suggestions to the factory management to remedy as soon as possible time.
- To make liaison with all the relevant buyers regularly.
- To make good & peaceful relation among the factory management, top management & worker/staff.
- To organize periodical meetings, seminars & workshops, social cultural functions etc.
- To make liaison with various third party (Audit Party) Selected by Buyers & to prepare the factories as per their instructions.
- To arrange the different environmental tests like waste water of ETP, Stack Emission, Ambient air quality, Noise level, Drinking water & submit to the department of environment on time.
- To maintain the chemical compliance as per buyers desire.
- To share the various requirements time to time like code of conduct, different quality related specification etc. to the Sub contractors.
- To evaluate the Sub-contractor factory just like how our buyers evaluate ours factory.
- To submit report to the management or to the buyers on the basis of evaluation with comments.
Educational Requirements
- Masters
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Livestock, Textile
