Job Description / Responsibility
- To actively participate in all stages of the implementation process of the Project. Work as a facilitator, encourager and motivator for the Very Young Adolescents, Adolescents and youth project beneficiaries and maintain liaison with the locally based Government health and family planning department and facilities, local schools, Upazila and Union base local government representatives.
- Facilitate in selecting beneficiaries for forming adolescent and youth groups, their representation at Union Committees and Peoples Institutions.
- Organize project related training and provide related training for beneficiaries on gender equality, women rights, SHRH, MNCH, safeguarding and capacity building issues.
- Also assist project beneficiaries in maintaining linkage with the local resources. Overall work for improving safe environment for girls and women to enjoy SHRH rights at family, at school, from health facility and in broader community living condition through a sustainable and participatory approach modeling the values of the organization in the community.

- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Having good understanding on SHG’s and have experience in implementing community development approach.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant position with experience in health, MNCH, adolescent and youth development, gender and SRHR under any development organizations.
- Able to implement the project plan with project beneficiaries as per project design.
- Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with local Government, Govt health and family planning departments and health facilities, local government representatives, elites, schools and resources as per project design.
- Good facilitation skills to motivate project beneficiaries (adults) on project interventions respecting sensitivity of the project intervention issue on SRHR.
- Positive attitude, proactive and creative character.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to live with community at union level.
- Able to work with vulnerable community with diversity.
- Good follow-up, monitoring and reporting skills (written and verbal).
- Able to ride bi-cycle.
