Job Description / Responsibility
- To actively participate in all stages of the implementation process of the Project. Work as a facilitator, encourager and motivator for the community and maintain liaison with the locally based Government Agriculture, Livestock and Health Facilities and local government representatives. Facilitate in selecting beneficiaries for forming primary groups, youth groups, Union Committees and Peoples Institutions. Organize project related agriculture-based training and provide follow-up in using their skills, starting IGAs and also growing to the business level farms. Also assist project beneficiaries in maintaining linkage with the local resources specially with agriculture, livestock and fishery department. Overall work for improving the nutrition and food security status of community through a sustainable and participatory approach modeling the values of the organization in the community.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Able to implement the project plan with project beneficiaries as per project design.
- Having good interpersonal skills and are able to maintain liaison and coordinate with local Government, Govt Agriculture, Livestock and Fishery and local government representatives, elites and resources as per project design.
- Good facilitation skills to motivate project beneficiaries (adults and youth) on project interventions.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to ride bi-cycle.
- Able to live with community at union level.
- Able to work with vulnerable and marginal farmers and encouraging women farmers.
- Good follow-up, monitoring and reporting skills (written and verbal).
- Having good understanding on budgeting and financial management.
- Having experience in implementing community development approach and in agriculture and livelihood interventions.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant position with experience in Food Security, livelihood and Gender interventions under any development organizations.
