Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
As the Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our LED advertising and event management operations. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the timely and successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all operations related to LED advertising and event management.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all advertising and event deliverables meet quality standards.
Budget Management: Support in developing and managing budgets for various projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project status, and areas for improvement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency

Additional Job Requirements

5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in advertising, media, or event management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
