- We are hiring a creative, skilled, and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor & Social Media/ Digital Marketing Officer/Sr Executive for a Healthcare company having Established business in B2B,B2C in Bangladesh,China,UAE,India & Taiwan. - Office Time: 10 am to 7.30 pm.(Weekly 6 working Days), It’s a full time office Job
- Office Location: Madani Avenue 100 Feet Road( Badda ) Dhaka
- Job Responsibilities & Key Knowledge Requirement:
- Design creative graphics for social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, and promotional materials by using AI & other platforms.
- Edit and produce short promotional videos, reels, and advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding and visual content strategies.
- Create engaging motion graphics, subtitles, and basic animations when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, and design style across all platforms.
- Participate in company promotional shoots, events, and video content creation.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of designs and videos.
- Edit raw footage, add music, transitions, and effects to produce professional-quality videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video styles, and social media content formats.
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across all social platforms.
- Develop daily,weekly & monthly content calendars and ad strategies.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Respond to inbox and comments to boost engagement & reply whatsapp/Messenger calls to the customer.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor preferred not Mandatory but solid work Experience will get preference.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 35 years
- The candidate must have minimum 5 years’ hands on experience in PPC (pay per click), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), B2B Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Blogging, Paid Ads and Keyword Research etc.
- Certifications (Google Analytics/Ads) are a plus.
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills.
- Must have Solid Hands on Experience to Handle Wordpress Websites solely.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
- Can do attitude
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop/Illustrator.(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Strong skills in cinematography.
- Must have a good sense of color, timing, and storytelling.
- Creative, energetic, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong skills in cinematography.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for promotional, social media, and corporate purposes.
