Job Description / Responsibility
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs of factory employees.
- Curating a generic factory-wise training plan as well as customized specific training plan as per need.
- Deploying a variety of learning interventions and methods.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for factory employees on a wide range of topics including technical skills, functional skills, soft skills, compliance, and leadership competency development.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, agency, and institutions as per need.
- Monitoring and evaluating factory training programs and ensure effectiveness.
- Assist in implementing employee performance management process in the factory.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance measurement procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for development.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plan as per requirement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
