We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Associate Manager / Senior Manager (Learning & Development, Human Resources Division for Head Office).
- Location: Head Office, Dhaka
- Job Grade: SO - AVP
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of leadership, functional, and behavioral development programs.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning programs including calendars, logistics, faculty, materials, and evaluations.
- Manage LMS operations including course creation, nomination, exam management, and reporting.
- Work closely with HRBPs and business units to identify training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers/vendors for program delivery.
- Support execution of Management Trainee, Graduate Trainee, and early-career development programs.
- Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
- Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance in L & D across the bank.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Graduation or Post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development.
- Experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage.
- Exposure to training coordination, LMS management, and program delivery is preferred.
- Strong execution and coordination skills
- Stakeholder management and communication ability
- Learning mindset with attention to detail
- Basic facilitation and presentation skills
- Data orientation and reporting capability
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
