Job Description / Responsibility

Zatayat Tours and Travels, a professional travel and tourism agency, invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Assistant Reservation Officer – Ticket & Visa.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing air ticket reservations, bookings, and re-issuance.
Handle visa application processing, documentation, and submissions.
Communicate with airlines, embassies, and relevant authorities regarding ticketing and visa matters.
Guide clients on travel requirements, visa procedures, and necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, visa files, and client information.
Monitor booking and visa application status and follow up when required.
Support senior reservation officers in daily operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
Handle customer queries and provide timely service support.
Support other tasks as assigned.
Additional Information
Knowledge of airline reservation systems and visa procedures will be an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organizational and documentation management ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
