Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
Supervise and manage chefs, kitchen staff, and service team
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain positive guest experience
Prepare daily sales reports and manage branch financial performance
Achieve monthly sales targets and control operational costs
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
