Job Description / Responsibility

Support Waiters and service team in delivering consistent, high-quality guest service.
Assist with mise en place, table setup, clearing, resetting, and general service preparation.
Serve food and beverages under supervision, following established service procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
Support smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar teams.
Follow grooming, uniform, and conduct standards at all times.
Participate in training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn luxury service standards.
Assist during banquets, events, and high-volume service periods as required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hospitality Management
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in TOur
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Tourism Management

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
