Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through telephone and digital channels.
Generate new sales leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.
Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and offer suitable solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues promptly.
Receive customer complaints, record them accurately, and coordinate resolutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop customer engagement strategies.
Maintain call quality and service standards as per company requirements.
Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and promotional activities.
