Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Super Hostel.
- Good communication and relationship with existing branch guest to make sure their service always up to our standard. And improve the service for our in-house guest.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business partners to generate consistent revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring all operational aspects of the Branch including, Front Office, housekeeping, quality of food, daily billings & payments, booking information and customer service.
- Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Train up, Operate, Manage and monitor of Front Desk Team.
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensuring daily visitor and bookings.
- You will be highly responsible for increasing the sales, improve the customer satisfaction by improving service and maintain tidy cleanliness of the branch.
- Should have guts to fight with the wrong world and become a leader.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel and Tourism Management
- Diploma in Hotel Management in Hotel and Tourism Management
- Any Certificate in Hotel and Tourism Management management from reputed certifited Institute.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hotel, Airport Service, Hostel, Resort, Hospital
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Leadership ability must be needed.
- Should have experience in ERP/Hospitality related Software.
- Applicants must have good knowledge of M.S Office (Especially M.S Excel).
- Applicants must have good English speaking efficiency.
