Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • REZA FOOD & BEVERAGE LTD. is establishing a new food manufacturing plant for producing Snacks, Bread, Biscuits, Noodles and other FMCG products.
  • We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Manager who will lead the complete factory setup from planning to commissioning and subsequently oversee full-scale operations.
  • This role requires hands-on experience in factory establishment, machinery installation, regulatory approvals, team formation, and operational launch.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Factory Setup & Commissioning:
  • Lead end-to-end factory setup including layout planning, machinery selection, vendor negotiation, and installation.
  • Coordinate plant construction, utility setup (boiler, compressor, generator, etc.) and production line commissioning.
  • Obtain necessary licenses and certifications (BSTI, HACCP, ISO, Fire, Environmental clearance, etc.).
  • Develop SOPs, production manuals, quality control systems, and operational policies.
  • Recruit and build production, technical, and administrative teams.
  • Operations Management (Post-Launch):
  • Oversee production, supply chain, procurement, QA, maintenance, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure cost-effective production and waste minimization.
  • Implement quality assurance and food safety standards.
  • Develop production planning aligned with sales forecast.
  • Ensure profitability, productivity, and performance targets.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operation Management
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of food production machinery and plant utilities.
  • Experience in vendor sourcing and project budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capability.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during setup phase.
