Job Description / Responsibility
- 1. Production Support
- Monitoring production plan as per market demand and ensure daily production quality. Monitoring quality control, reduce customer complain and maintain standard of the product.
- Apply loan
- Assist in monitoring plastic manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.).
- Support machine setup, changeovers, and production scheduling.
- Track production output and report variances.
- Help reduce downtime by coordinating with maintenance teams.
- 2. Quality Control
- Assist in inspecting finished plastic products for defects.
- Record quality data and support root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
- 3. Inventory & Supply Chain
- Monitor raw material (resins, additives, colorants) usage.
- Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- 4. Process Improvement
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collect and analyze operational data.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- 5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production logs.
- Prepare operational performance reports.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience specially in plastic (House Hold) & Furniture.
