Job Description / Responsibility

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives for our service-based event management company. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in Marketing and preferably exposure to the FMCG sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, presentation ability, and a “ready-to-go” attitude to execute marketing plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company services and events
Support brand positioning, campaign planning, and promotional activities
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for event marketing execution
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client insights
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance analysis
Assist in client meetings, pitch presentations, and proposal preparation
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and brand visibility initiatives

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Marketing
Preference will be given to candidates with FMCG background or internship experience in FMCG/Service industry
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, confident, and presentable personality
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
Willingness to travel and work beyond regular hours when required (event-based work)
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and MS Office
