Job Description / Responsibility

Nawar Properties Ltd. is a reputed Real Estate Company located in Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Assistant Site Engineer.
Supervising the construction of assigned site, understanding designs to maintain construction accordingly, estimation of required materials and managing proper supply chain with the suppliers.
Time to time comparing the actual work done as per planed and taking necessary actions to maintain the work schedule of project(s)
Managing the site supervisor, care taker, labors and others.
Communicate with head office regarding implementation of works.
Preparing Construction MPR, MRR Book and others necessary Documents Format.
Reporting to Project Engineer and Particular Department.
Checking received materials.
To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing.
Should be able to manage project independently.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Must have minimum 01 year of experience in relevant field.
Applicants having working experience in reputed Real Estate companies is preferred.
Candidate must have working experience on building construction and sound knowledge about construction materials.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad.
