Assistant Manager, Sales Admin & Credit Management

Job Description / Responsibility

Sales, collection, dues and overdue analysis and preparation of reports.
Analyzing information in credit control, preparing reports and implementing decisions of the authorities.
Analyzing and preparing performance reports of field officers of the sales department.
Performing the sales target setting process.
Preparing and obtaining approval of letters, office notes of the sales department.
Maintaining and managing contracts, approvals and other important documents related to the sales department.
Preparing various types of reports for management to make data-based decisions.
Coordinate with One ICT for ERP and Apps related work to digitalize/technologically develop the sales department and related activities.
Collecting and coordinating Basic Market Information through regional heads.
Supervising the activities of executives (Sales Admin).
Also, properly perform any duties assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Economics
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Economics

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 40 years
 BBA/Hon’s (Major in Accounting/Economics) and MBA/Master’s (Major in Accounting/Economics) from any reputed university.
 Experience in Data science/Data analytics is preffered for this position.
 At least 5 years experience.
 Presentable and professional appearance is required.
