Job Description / Responsibility

Achieve daily/monthly and yearly sales targets given by the management and ensure continuous sales growth.
Ensure Sale and distribution of semen and AI materials in assigned territory.
Build a strong network of veterinary doctors, artificial insemination workers, traders and end-users to expand market share.
Organize GD, Seminar with farmers & artificial insemination (AI) workers.
Dealer Set up for Semen Sales.
Keep register on received and distributed semen.
Actively monitor Semen success rate and report to management.
Follow-up activities (quality AI service to farmers, farmer register, price claim, & field movement).
Visit cattle farm on regular basis, identify uncovered area and expand market accordingly.
Govt. Liaison especially ULO/DLO and others.
Collect regular market feedback with the objective to remain updated about the territory.
Deal with unhappy customers and act swiftly and efficiently for solving their problems.
