Job Description / Responsibility

Role Overview
Lead and manage overall farm operations to ensure efficient, profitable and sustainable agricultural production. Oversee crop optimization, staff management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day farm operations (crops & livestock)
Supervise and manage farm staff
Plan planting, harvesting & livestock care schedules
Monitor crop health & livestock wellbeing
Ensure compliance with agricultural and animal welfare regulations
Manage budget, cost control & operational reporting

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Horticulture
BSc/MSc in Agriculture / Agronomy/Horticulture (Only Public University Candidates will be Preferred)

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years' experience in farm management
Strong knowledge of crop production & modern farming techniques.
Leadership, decision-making & team management skills
