Job Description / Responsibility

Receive and process payments from patients for hospital services, medicines, and other fees.
Issue receipts/Invoice and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle cash transactions responsibly and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Prepare daily and periodic cash reports for the finance/accounting department.
Respond to patient billing inquiries courteously and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies on cash handling, security, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with finance, pharmacy, and other hospital departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years
Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in using computer, hospital management software and POS systems.
Strong numerical and data entry skills.Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or diagnostic Centre is highly preferred.
