Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, design, and execute market research studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Analyze market size, growth potential, pricing, and demand patterns.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.
Monitor competitor activities, products, pricing, and market positioning.
Prepare market intelligence reports and present insights to senior management.
Support new product development, market entry, and expansion strategies.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align research with business objectives.
Track customer satisfaction, brand perception, and buying behavior.
Forecast market trends and evaluate risks and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and periodic reports for management review.
Analyze sales, market, and customer data to identify performance gaps.
Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of all research outputs.
Field survey / visit & data collection.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Management (MBM)
Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
Professional course in Marketing is preferable.

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
