Job Description / Responsibility

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records accurately.
Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and daily rounds.
Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and other ICU equipment.
Ensure strict infection control and patient safety protocols.
Evaluate patient condition and respond promptly to changes.
Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care plans.
Maintain proper documentation and handover notes.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Nursing
Diploma/BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid BNMC registration is mandatory.
Additional ICU/CCU training diploma preferred.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in ICU/CCU.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical knowledge of critical care.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with ICU machines and life-support systems.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
