Client Relationship Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Handle incoming calls, Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, and pricing
Book and manage patient appointments in the software system
Follow up with existing clients for feedback and repeat visits
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding patient schedules
Handle complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities
Maintain proper client records and daily reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets through proper client consultation
Convert online and walk-in inquiries into confirmed appointments

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Chamber, Healthcare Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
