Job Description / Responsibility

Make outbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer objections
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve performance
